Techies at the Bar — Walk In Clinic in Ivy Room on Tuesday and Thursday Mornings Next Week

This coming Tuesday, Jan 26, and Thur Jan 28, from 10:00 AM to noon, the Technology Committee will be offering a Walk-In Clinic for computer and smartphone problems in the Ivy Bar.

Bring your portable device (with charging cable) and we will see if we can help you figure out what is wrong, or how to do something you want to do. That includes PC laptops, Macbooks, ipads, iphones, Android, etc. We will try to have a variety of self-proclaimed “experts” who may or may not be able to get you going, but at least we may be able to narrow things down.

In addition, we will try to show anyone who wants to learn how to do things with the various more popular programs, such as mailing, documents, and spreadsheets.

This is an experiment, to see if it is helpful. No promises, but surely we will all learn something.
